Pool
Fences
When purchasing fence for swimming
pools, it is the responsibility of the consumer to verify with local municipalities
that the style of fence being purchased meets the local pool code. Many
of our products meet the BOCA and IRC codes. The Fence Authority shall
be held harmless from any and all arising liabilities.
Product
The
Internet Aluminum product, with the exception of the gates, is an unassembled,
boxed product, ready for quick assembly. The Delgard Aluminum product
is fully assembled.
Packaging
Packaging of The Aquaguard Aluminum Fence:
This is an unassembled product. Each 6 foot wide section of fence including assemble screws are individually boxed in cardboard and the boxes measure approximately 4” x 4” x 72”. The posts are boxed in cardboard which include the cap and installation screws and the boxes measure 2” x 2” x 72” and 84”. The gates are fully assembled and boxed in cardboard. When shipped the boxes are packaged together forming bundle of approximately 100 pounds – it is recommended to have 2 people available to move boxes from curb side delivery spot to desired storage area until installed – do not drag or drop the boxes as this may scratch or dent the product. Packaging of The Delgard Aluminum Fence:
This Product is fully assembled and shipped in cardboard boxes that hold 6 or 8 sections of fence. These boxes range in size from 12” x 36” x 72” to 14” x 72’ x 105”. These boxes are shipped up to 4 on a pallet and may require 2 or more people to unload and store materials. The posts are boxed in cardboard which include the cap and installation screws and the boxes measure 2” x 2” x 72” to 132”. The gates are fully assembled and boxed in cardboard. It is recommended to have 2 people available to move boxes from curb side delivery spot to desired storage area until installed – do not drag or drop the boxes as this may scratch or dent the product. FenceAuthority.com accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. By entering your credit card info. and clicking "complete order" you are authorizing FenceAuthority.com to charge your account for the total price stated.
Pricing
The prices of the products on this website are for “MATERIALS ONLY.”
Labor is not included. If you live within our Installation
region you can call for an installed price quote.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. The Fence Authority reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Upon acceptance, all sales are final, no returns.
